Seamus O'Cein Distinguished Scientist, Inventor & Author Seamus is a noted scientist, with several scientific works to his credit in the fields of oil, water, difficult pollution separations, and various other new technologies. Many Papers have been given before scientific bodies in several countries. He has been in Industry, not Academia, and many of the stories reflect how the tools of science, management and marketing were acquired. They encompass a wide variety of situations, with the outcomes in many cases, providing important training, as you will see in the work.

Seamus is also an Inventor, with eight or nine patents to his credit. In one license for a Patent, he managed to get the right of the licensee included, to acquire and use his invention in the form of a “STIFF” and granted the licensee the right to have the STIFF repaired by him, or opened for an attempt to repair it themselves. These matters were solemnly debated in a prestigious law firm, accepted and then incredibly, the contract was signed! Humour has always been a tool of his trade, and this will continue. Seamus has been married for over fifty years to Marie, has four children, all in executive positions in high technology industry, and several grandchildren. A cat, and there were once three dogs, all friends of each other and the family. His wide interest in scientific anomalies, and open mindedness to new stuff, make for many interesting results.
