moved to Los Angeles in 1980 with hopes of fame and fortune. Larry
tried his hand in stand-up comedy. On the way up he befriended the
likes of Andrew Dice Clay, Jackie Mason, and Casey Kasem. However, it
wasn't 'til the late '80s that Larry gained his fame on the radio. Los
Angeles radio station KLSX picked Peter Tilden to be their morning man.
Larry became a regular feature on Tilden’s morning show, as "Larry the
Accountant." He has co-hosted many local and national radio shows over
the years and has been a recurring guest on the Howard Stern Radio Show. Please visit Melrose Larry Green's website www.melroselarry.com. |
